The buyer acknowledges and agrees that any purchase of products from Bowser’s Power Sports is at his/her own risk and that none of the owners, managers, agents, contractors or employees of Bowser’s Power Sports shall be held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential indirect, punitive damages, or any other losses, cost, or expenses of any kind (including legal fees, expert fees, medical fees, or other disbursements) which may arise directly, or indirectly, from the purchase of any products from Bowser’s Power Sports. There are no refunds on products, services or programs provided by Bowser’s Power Sports. |
